Advanced industrial engineering, qualified staff, an EDPsupported production-planning-system and fabricate accompanied QA, guarantee a strongly termed and qualified order-handling. Therefore our quality management is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2000

 

Stopp mechanism for roller blind systems

 

Flexibility close to the customer. There is a great variety of machining backed by a powerful machining centre. We are prepared for repetitive work up to lot sizes of 100 000 parts and more as well as for short runs, e.g. prototype manufacturing. Of course, there will be a quick, competent response for your desires at any time. Our own tool and model building bay provides further flexibility.

Turning and Plain Turning

  • CNC-Automatic Turning lathes with versus-spindle and driven tools
    machining of the bar up to max. Ø 42 mm, chuck-parts up to Ø 125 mm
  • CNC-Plain Turning lathes with versus-spindle and driven tools up to
    max. Ø 20 mm

 

Milling

  • CNC-Machining Centre including 4th Axis
  • Travel Moving up to 600 mm x 400 mm

 

Toothing

  • Rolling Milling and Worm Gearing Machines up to Modul 1 with full-automatic loader
  • Universal Rolling Milling Maschine up to Modul 1,5 and gear diameter 120 mm

 

Roll-Forming

  • Thread Rolling up to max. Ø 20 mm
  • Knurl Rolling

 

Assembly
