Milled parts | CNC milling

We have optimised the milling process! Using 5-axis processing with up to 63 tools allows us to produce highly complex external and internal geometries in a single operation. And our CNC machines ensure maximum accuracy and surface quality as well as minimal tolerances in evenness, form deviation and roughness.

Thread & knurl | Profile rolling

We don’t make swarf here! Profile rolling saves material and – thanks to the intact grain flow – increases the fracture strength of the components. The result is compressed, smooth surfaces with high wear resistance.

Geared parts | Hobbing

Hobbing is flexible and highly productive. Our CNC hobbing machines can generate gears, bevel gears and worms in a number of profile forms and with any desired helix angle. They can even produce gears with a spherical profile.
