We don’t make swarf here! Profile rolling saves material and – thanks to the intact grain flow – increases the fracture strength of the components. The result is compressed, smooth surfaces with high wear resistance.

Profile rolling

Profile rolling machines form custom threads with a rolling force of up to 70 kN. With our decades of experience and our refined measurement technology, we can reduce surface roughness to a minimum. Our roughness-measuring instruments register the smallest variations in evenness within a resolution range of nanometres.
